The area still retains its local Spanish culture with many Fiestas & celebrations during the year. Various shops, bars and restaurants can be found close by and the airports of Valencia & Alicante are approximately 1 hour’s drive via the excellent A7 motorway.
Out & About
There are many things to do & see in the local area including, golf, fishing, tennis, horse riding, wind surfing, climbing & lots more. Terra Mitica & Terra Natura theme parks, Mundomar & Aqualandia are all located at Benidorm a 30 minute drive & Vergel Safari Park which is a 15 minute drive. The upper level has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large dressing area and private sun terrace with two further bedrooms and bathroom on the middle floor.
